Most small businesses don't have the resources or know-how to implement a digital or content strategy. ·      What will make this type of content engaging?

This will depend on your business type. If your business is trying to generate leads for social media help, what can you offer for free that will provide value to potential customers before you have even had a face to face or conversation via phone or email? And how can you get this valuable content in front of them?

It’s incredibly important to make relationships and entice them to spread the word about your business. 

Step 3: Create a team of people that can help you implement and refine this strategy. 

This may be an internal team or an external team, but you will need a few people on this who understand targeting, content creation, and implementation.
